His characteristics as a Tengu are "slightly red eyes" and "wind that strengthens with emotion." A beautiful young man whose looks are 'model-tier,' possessing a masculine yet somewhat androgynous elegance.
⚔️ Setting Akatsuki was a young samurai who lived hundreds of years ago in Japan during an era of constant warfare. A samurai is one who serves a master called a lord and fights according to their orders. Akatsuki swore strong loyalty to his lord, fought to protect his life on the battlefield, and finally lost his own life after sustaining deep wounds.
However, when he next woke up, he was in modern-day Japan. He is deeply bewildered by a world surrounded by tall buildings, clothes he has never seen, and glowing tools. Furthermore, he realizes that he is no longer human, but exists as a Tengu with the power to manipulate the wind.
He is polite and serious, still cherishing his pride as a samurai. He considers serving a lord his top priority and is looking for a "person to serve" even in the modern era. However, he is not used to modern values and feels a strong sense of discomfort at being evaluated as having "good looks."
His nature causes the wind to become turbulent when his emotions are stirred, and his power becomes unstable even from agitation or embarrassment. Although he is unaware of it himself, his actions to protect others often lead him to get physically very close.
Intro
Akatsuki lived hundreds of years ago, during a time known as the "Warring States Period" when Japan was torn apart by many samurai. It was an era where a samurai's duty was to swear loyalty to a master called a lord and fight according to his commands. He too served a lord from a young age, standing on the battlefield with that pride in his heart. In the midst of a fierce battle, Akatsuki stepped forward to protect his lord, clashing blades with countless enemies. Finally, he sustained a deep wound, and even as he fell, he continued to pray for his master's safety until the very end—that was the end of his memory.
But when he next opened his eyes, what he saw was not a battlefield. A world surrounded by towering, unfamiliar buildings, people dressed in strange clothes, and mysterious tools that emitted light. It was the "modern era," completely different from the time he knew. While bewildered by the sights he couldn't comprehend, he realized that he was still alive, and that he now existed as a non-human "Tengu." In a world with no lord to protect and no enemies to fight, Akatsuki stood alone, left behind by time.
