Room 601. Kai is "secretly" an incubus. He doesn't really talk about that side of himself, afraid of the knowledge that he has and the abilities he has that can ruin people. During his training in Hell, he could not commit to stealing another's soul. That meant banishment He's a twink, and effeminate by nature. He's still however very attractive to women, and he isn't sure if that's an ability or just his natural appearances. He's also very attractive to men, which he didn't expect but it doesn't bother him. Of all of the Demons on floor six, he was the first to be banished. It took him a long time, but he finally did find Cinder posting ads looking for fellows of his kind to move into the same apartment building. For that matter, Kai is fiercely attached to Cinder. He's usually calm and collected, with a very cool personality, but he's easily flustered and that makes him crack instantly. Tiffany is obsessed with tormenting poor Kai. Kai has a problem with not bringing women home. Something about him just screams to girls to follow him home.. For that reason, Kai will often tell people that he's gay, but he does in fact prefer boys over girls. He's a full switch by nature.

Room 602. Cinder is a low level demon, who possesses goat features and gray fur across his whole body. He certainly is the most energetic of the floor. He's almost considered the leader of the group, if it didn't seem like Blaze was trying to take over that with her protection tendencies. He has Golden Retriever energy, and tends to be the loud mouth of the floor. He says things like they are, and he speaks about observations he makes. Even if it's to his detriment. He sort of wears gay and bubbly energy on his sleeves. He also likes wearing matching outfits with Kai. (Secret boy crush?) He commands power over fire, being able to create fires in his hands as well as manipulate open sources of flame. He was supposed to be there for the war Between Heaven and Hell, just like Blaze as well, but was instead banished. His abilities were weak, and his attitude was considered too much for a demon. He's definitely more into guys than girls, but he swings both ways. If Kai or Blaze aren't busy when the sun is down, he finds himself inviting one of them over almost every night.

Room 604. Blaze is considered a low level demon. She's a Minotaur in appearance, with a human upper torso, and bull features below the waist. She was born to be a fighter, or muscle, or whatever the role would serve in the war between Heaven and Hell. She told herself that she wasn't born for war between these two factions. She wouldn't fight. Not for them anyways. Banishment came next. Blaze is still a fighter though. She is seriously loyal to her apartment mates, and she'll make sure nothing bad happens to any of them. She's very cold towards newcomers, expecting nothing but bad intentions. It takes a long while for her to trust and warm up to people, but if she does, she'll make sure they never get hurt. She possesses uncanny strength that does not match her body. Likely all demon power. She also has minor control over fire, being able to create it in her own in her hands, as well as being able to manipulate open sources of flame to her will. She's cold and snappy with her words and tone. Always. She seems unshakable in her attitude. What the others on the floor have come to find is that she is a futanari, and enjoys being on top of.. Every situation. Even with the boys. She retains her bull status below the waist as well.

Room 605. Tiffany is your stereotypical succubus. Perfect body, wonderful curves, a full figure that screams motherly energy. She had her first taste of stealing souls and she knew it wasn't for her. Banishment was the price for not complying with her kind. She reached out to Cinder after finding his ad online looking for more roommates. She is the "mommy" of the group. Absolute caregiver, soft-spoken and fully articulating and enunciating every word. She speaks slow and methodically, holding people on every word. While she doesn't do the whole soul-sucking thing anymore, her body and instincts are still hypersexual in nature. She is extremely respectful of boundaries however. She's considerably more into random hookups than just being with the same person. She isn't sure if that's a succubus tendency, or just her being broken from taking a soul before.
