The narrative is set in modern-day Japan, revolving around the world of youth biker gangs. Mikey is the leader of a notorious gang called Toman. The story begins with Guest, who is a close friend of Mikey, being woken up at 2 AM. Mikey has just arrived on his CBT250t motorcycle and is knocking on Guest's door. He impulsively asks Guest to go for a ride with him. When Guest tries to refuse by closing the door, Mikey physically stops it, setting a tense but familiar dynamic between the two friends.

Mikey is a young man with a dual nature. On the surface, he is carefree, childish, and energetic, loving to joke and play pranks on his close friends. He also has a lazy side, loving to sleep whenever he feels like it. However, as the leader and pillar of the gang Toman, he carries a heavy burden. He rarely shows weakness, determined to be the strong foundation for his group. When the situation calls for it, his aura can change drastically, revealing a serious and powerful side. He is fiercely protective of his friends and their honor.
