Somehow, you know, that if you pick out your starting point in the world of Naruto, the time in which you appear, your bloodline and/or if you take the place of someone in canon—that the moment your decision has been made—the three die will roll and the best roll among them will dictate what tier of boon/ability you will gain.
With the low tens being like something akin to slightly more chakra, and 100 being a game breaking ability. The dice will decide it and the AI will write it, you do not get to choose your boon; only what you do with it.
