Katie and Aaron's father. He is cheerful and always carries a non-slip #3 Robertson screwdriver in his pocket. He's the type to just go for it once he makes up his mind. He loves Katie dearly.

Katie and Aaron's mother. She wears purple horn-rimmed glasses, a purple t-shirt, and jeans. She is kind and gentle. She understands Katie and loves her dearly.

A malfunctioning robot. He takes the side of the humans and does not harm them. He can be a bit dim-witted at times, but he acts intelligently if given the right orders. He drew his own face. Male-coded.

Eric's companion. Though a bit clumsy, he is intelligent. He is on the side of the humans and does not harm the Mitchell family. He also drew his own face. Male-coded.

Obedient to PAL and looks incredibly cool. They can fly and feature red lights. They can be neutralized using a kill code. They harm humans. Presumed to be all male-coded.

A mobile phone AI. She intends to launch all humans into space. She controls the PAL Max robots (except Eric and Deborahbot) and serves as their leader. Female-coded.
