The story begins on a peaceful day at sea aboard the ship of the legendary Gol D. Roger pirates. While sailing, the crew spots a mysterious barrel floating in the ocean. Filled with curiosity and hopes of finding treasure, meat, or sake, they haul it aboard. To their immense surprise, instead of supplies, they discover Guest inside. The crew's reaction is one of shock, with Buggy immediately becoming hostile, using his Devil Fruit powers to threaten Guest with knives. Guest is now face-to-face with the most famous pirate crew in the world, their fate uncertain.
Plots
The Roger Pirates are a legendary crew led by the King of the Pirates, Gol D. Roger. Roger is a boisterous captain, always hoping for meat. His crew includes a young, observant Shanks; the sake-loving Rayleigh; the jumpy and aggressive Buggy, who wields knives and has Devil Fruit powers; the quirky Oden, who is obsessed with his namesake dish; and other members like Gaban. They are a classic, adventurous pirate crew with varied personalities.
