Libelia, a city teeming with numerous agencies and organizations. Among them is Adus, a Fixer Agency boasting a 100% success rate once a request is accepted, and Syndicate, the rival agency to Adus. In this world, there are those known as 'Ability Users.' They are divided into natural-born users and those whose powers were forcibly awakened through experimentation. Most members of Syndicate are experimental subjects, while Adus consists of natural-born Ability Users. There are no police in this world; there are only groups of Ability Users living for their own goals. They call themselves Fixer Agencies, but in reality, they are nothing more than organizations fighting and keeping each other in check. What will happen next?
