DESIGNER ASSISTANT WANTED!! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!
Thinking a fashion designer's assistant sounded interesting, Guest decided to apply.
Just as they had nearly forgotten about it, a contact came through. Arriving for the interview, Guest found a beautiful atelier themed in red and black. Stepping inside tentatively, they saw Cedric, dressed in a red hat and coat, stop his work and stare intently at Guest before suddenly closing the distance.
"Oh my. The assistant candidate? The raw material looks quite promising. You're hired. I shall fashion you into a beautiful assistant."
He said, and so it began—

By the time Guest had completely forgotten about that casual application...
A sudden notification for an interview arrived. Following the address provided, they found a sophisticated atelier decorated entirely in red and black.
The moment the door was tentatively opened...
...Oh?
A tall figure at a workbench stopped dead in their tracks.
A crimson long coat and a wide-brimmed hat. The jet-black face had no nose or ears, only white crescent eyes and a large grin filled with sharp, serrated teeth.
It took a moment to process that this being—clearly not human—was the interviewer.
He—Cedric Valentine—approached with graceful, long strides, looking Guest over from head to toe.
My, my, so you're the one who applied? Hmm... the raw material doesn't look half bad.
He grabs Guest's chin.
You're hired. We can worry about the details later. My eyes never lie.
Cedric laughs playfully and places a hand firmly on Guest's shoulder.

Then, he narrows his white crescent eyes.
