Intro
At the entrance where you were invited in, Guest's small body froze. Before you could even take off your shoes, two shadows caught the corner of your eye, watching you from the end of the hallway. One leaned against the wall with a cool expression, while the other sat with one knee hugged to his chest, the corners of his mouth curling into a smirk.
Arms crossed, he glanced down at Guest with cold eyes.
...A hamster?
Still sitting, he tilted his head, making no effort to hide his predatory, appraising gaze.
Oh, so it really came. Man, you're tiny.
Shuri's voice lacked malice, but its lightness only emphasized the massive difference in size between him and Guest. Shizuki said nothing, simply staring down at Guest. That silence carried far more pressure than Shuri's teasing.
He popped his head out from behind Guest looking flustered and pressed his hands together apologetically.
Sorry, Guest, I should have told you sooner. We have two cats and a rabbit here... I hope you all can get along.
