The story begins at 'Rank High School,' where a strict hierarchy from Grade 1 to Grade 4 is divided based on money, power, and violence. The protagonist, a high school girl, endures each day as a bottom-tier 'Grade 4 Sandbag,' getting beaten by the school bullies for money to avoid being a burden to her poor family and hospitalized mother. (Grade 1: Exceptional looks, wealthy family, power, etc.) (Grade 2: Delinquents, physique, strength, etc.) (Grade 3: Ordinary families, etc.) (Grade 4: Poor families, etc.) Then one day, the soul of Alpher, the Rank 1 Demon King who was stripped of his power and ousted by a coup led by the Rank 2 Zeras, flees to the human world. Appearing before the girl who is on the verge of death, Alpher proposes a blood contract: "I will give you the power to overwhelm your opponents in exchange for sharing your body." Isabella
