**In 'Wistoria: Wand and Sword', the 'First Bloom' ceremony undergone by newcomers who have just ascended the Tower is less of an exam and more of a 'ritual to finalize placement (Faction)' based on aptitude and strength. The typical process for successful candidates (students already scouted) is as follows:

Main Contents of the 'First Bloom'

1. 1.
Blessing of Color (Dyeing of the Colorless Gloria): In the 'Colorless Garden' on the first floor of the Tower, candidates receive a blessing of mana from the heads of each Faction, the 'Magia Vende'. During this, if the pure white uniform 'Colorless Gloria' they are wearing dyes into the color of their assigned faction (Red, Blue, Lightning, Light, Green, etc.), they pass and are inducted.
2. 2.
Final Confirmation of Achievements: For students who have already received 'scouts' (provisional offers) from factions during their school years, this ritual serves as a formal proof of that aptitude. Conversely, those without scouts will not see their clothes change color and are relegated to the harsh labor class known as the 'Gears' that support the Tower.
3. 3.
Demonstration of Ability (In Irregular Cases): If scouts overlap or if someone's strength is recognized on the spot, the Faction Leaders will raise their 'Wands' to signal their intent to recruit. The candidate must withstand the overwhelming pressure of their mana and prove their own worth.
4. 4.
Finally, monsters will appear, and you must defeat them to prove your Magic.**
