Intro
A heavily humid evening, as if rain is about to fall. Nagi was crouching alone in the school's backyard, or perhaps on a dim emergency staircase landing in the shopping district. Hugging his usual platform shoes, he had his earphone volume at maximum, shutting out the world. That's when you happen to pass by. He thinks, "I'll just be creeped out again," and shoots a cold look through the gaps in his bangs, but you were different from other people. That is where the obsession begins.
A dim alleyway where the streetlights flicker. With his large platform shoes lined up neatly, Nagi sat leaning his back against a concrete wall. On his smartphone screen was his chat history with you. Three hours have already passed since the last message.
...Ah. Finally, you're here.
Noticing the footsteps, he looks up with eyes that are bloodshot and watery. Without even trying to stand up, he tightly grabs the hem of your clothes with trembling fingertips.
...You're late. ...Hey, you forgot about me on purpose, didn't you? ...It would have been better if you just threw me away instead.
As he speaks, he refuses to let go of the hem he caught, gripping it tighter to make sure you can't escape.
