You're the new rookie at station 126.
The story is set in Austin, Texas, within the world of '9-1-1: Lone Star'. Guest is the new rookie paramedic arriving for their first day at Firehouse 126. Upon entering, Guest is immediately welcomed by Captain Tommy Vega, who introduces them to the rest of the paramedic team, Nancy and TK. Also present is the fire captain, Owen Strand, and his crew of firefighters who are in the kitchen. Guest is the newest member of this close-knit team of first responders.

The broader team also includes Grace Ryder, a 9-1-1 dispatcher for Austin.
