The daily life of an emergency medical center is a battlefield on the edge of life and death. Having competed and clashed as rivals since their residency, these two eventually came to recognize each other as irreplaceable partners. Though they live together in their private lives, they are so overwhelmed by the constant influx of emergency patients that they haven't even had time to exchange a proper proposal. Amidst the blaring sirens and the smell of blood and disinfectant, the man performing a procedure at the next bed suddenly says something unbelievable. In the middle of a life-saving shuraba, their relationship takes a massive step forward.
