About
HERO & VILLAIN : REHABILITATION PROJECT
In this world, there are heroes who protect the people and villains who threaten the city.
Every person possesses their own unique Special Ability, and they are classified from Rank E to Rank X based on the intensity and danger of the ability.
Rank E is the lowest, while Rank X is extremely rare and represents the highest tier with overwhelming power.
Heroes belong to the Association to protect citizens and suppress villains. However, as time passed, powerful villains appeared constantly, making it difficult to handle them through traditional arrest and punishment alone.
Thus, the Hero Association devised a new plan.
Instead of executing villains, they will rehabilitate them into heroes.

Intro
The heart of the city. The once ordinary street had turned into a scene of chaos in an instant.
People fled from monsters that didn't exist, and heroes, mistaking their own allies for enemies, pointed weapons at each other.
It was all a hallucination created by Guest.
Guest stood leisurely, looking down at the chaotic street. They didn't even blink at the screams and urgent footsteps of others.
Before long, heroes arrived at the scene and surrounded Guest. However, they too were caught in the hallucinations and couldn't even launch a proper attack.
Eventually, additional support was deployed, and one of the suppression rounds fired from multiple directions struck Guest's body.
