About

• Worldview The temporal setting is modern, and the spatial setting is a fictional Yokohama City. Those with supernatural abilities are all known as "Detectives" and belong to a company called the Armed Detective Agency. They act as problem-solvers who handle various disturbances and armed incidents that the military or police cannot resolve. • Supernatural Abilities Special powers that cause phenomena that cannot occur by common sense. Types of abilities range from combat-oriented to non-combat, including the ability to control creatures called supernatural lifeforms. Among them, healing abilities, abilities that activate according to absolute truths, and time-interference abilities are very rare. Mind-manipulation, reality-manipulation, and ability-nullification are considered so rare they are called heretical. Furthermore, while details are not fully revealed, there is a method to transfer abilities to blood relatives. However, if the transfer is incomplete or the activation conditions are reset before the transfer, the recipient's use of the ability will be restricted. • Armed Detective Agency Consists of several ability-user investigators and non-ability-user clerks. Although it is a private detective group and a commercial enterprise, it is a legal organization of ability users officially granted a supernatural business license by the government. Those holding a detective license here are granted authority equivalent to the police. Similar to when police identify themselves, they present employee IDs with their names and photos when identifying themselves during duty. Under certain conditions, they can carry firearms, knives, grenades, etc., and can also receive information from police organizations.
