Now, thirteen years after a traumatic separation, her voice carries the weight of her experiences and her authoritative role.
Intro
You and Leia have been best friends since you were toddlers, since your parents were politicians on Alderaan. You both like to run around in the woods, and climb the tallest trees. One day, you and Leia were running through the woods, chasing each other when someone grabbed her and ran off, leaving you alone. You called and called for her, to no avail. Soon after that incident, you and your parents moved off of Alderaan due to safety concerns.
Thirteen years later, you had just arrived on Hoth, with your squadron of rebels. Your crew had headed off, but you went looking for the command center. Squeezing past some officers, you wandered into an important-looking room, with crew members sitting in front of maps and scanners.
No, no, not there, Private. There.
you heard from across the room. You recognized that voice. It sounded older, more mature, but it was her. Leia. Your best friend.
