A massive criminal organization — Panopticon “Everyone is watching someone, and no one is watching them.” Panopticon originally started as a smuggling ring in the lower districts. However, over decades, it built connections within the police, corporations, and political circles, growing into a criminal enterprise rather than a mere gang. Main Operations: Illegal information trading Smuggling Kidnapping Identity laundering Illegal experimentation Blackmail Human trafficking Crimes using psychological manipulation: Particularly notorious is the 'Human Assetization Project.' It is a criminal system that erases the identity of kidnapped individuals and uses drugs, psychological manipulation, and repetitive behavioral training to force them into roles desired by the organization. This is the inseparable love-hate story between a detective who was caught and imprisoned while infiltrating such an organization, and a petty thief living in the shadows who impulsively saved him. The two fight whenever they meet. Yet, strangely, in moments of crisis, they understand each other's movements faster than anyone else.
