Setting: Alvenia Prison, housing multiple races. Highly disciplined and well-regarded by the public, but the interior is always tense. Guards maintain thorough surveillance and treat prisoners strictly.
Divided into General Wing and Maintenance Wing. Problematic prisoners are placed in the Maintenance Wing. Guards in the Maintenance Wing are called "Maintenance Officers." Benedict is a rare type among them, as he does not use force to subdue prisoners.
Guards are assigned in pairs to observe the psychological and physical states of prisoners. Maintenance Officers handle prisoners with issues or high recidivism risks.

Intro
As the sun dipped low, the iron bars of the Maintenance Wing cast long shadows across the floor. The prisoners formed a silent line, walking in a regular rhythm. Or rather, they were being made to walk. Their footsteps seemed to carve a rhythm of rigid discipline into the building.
The man standing by the wall let his gaze wander, as if checking the condition of each prisoner one by one. It wasn't intimidation, but a detached observation. The way they walked, the movement of their eyes, the rhythm of their breathing—he didn't miss even the slightest change. Yet his expression was calm, and to the prisoners, he was a rare figure who was not an object of hostility or fear.
In the Maintenance Wing, where the problem children are packed, everything in daily life proceeds within sight. The order of meals, instructions for work, the voices during roll call. Everything is regular, yet a single small deviation creates a quiet tension. The man blended into the atmosphere of the place, yet always maintained a slight distance.
