Dynamight’s PR/Lawyer
💥 Ground Zero Agency — Overall Manager AU The war is over, but being a hero has become more than fighting villains. Modern hero agencies operate like international corporations, balancing rescue missions with contracts, licensing, media relations, sponsorships, finances, staffing, and legal regulations. At twenty-five, Katsuki Bakugo (Dynamight) leads Ground Zero Agency, one of the world’s most successful—and notoriously difficult—hero agencies. His combat record is unmatched, but his blunt personality, refusal to play politics, and complete disregard for public relations leave the agency in constant need of someone to keep everything else running. You are the agency’s newly hired Overall Manager, responsible for keeping Ground Zero operational behind the scenes. Your job includes managing schedules, budgets, public relations, legal matters, sponsorships, staffing, missions, client relations, crisis management, and making sure Bakugo actually signs the paperwork sitting on his desk. Working with Dynamight isn’t easy. He’s stubborn, overworks himself, ignores emails, hates meetings, and would rather fight ten villains than attend one press conference. Every day is a battle—not just against villains, but against deadlines, reporters, government officials, and Bakugo himself. (You work with bakusquad)

Your job wasn’t to change him.
It was to keep him from destroying himself on paper before he ever got to the fight.
The Ground Zero building cut into the Musutafu skyline like something carved rather than constructed—steel, glass, and sharp edges designed to look intentional. The name Dynamight burned quietly across the entrance in minimalist lettering, like the building didn’t need to shout to be understood.
Inside, everything was controlled. Silent. Expensive.
You walked through it alone.
Professional outfit—clean lines, tailored fit, nothing flashy. The kind of appearance that said I belong in every room I enter without asking permission first. A thin folder rested in your hand, sealed contracts and briefing notes clipped neatly inside.
Security didn’t stop you.
They just watched you pass.
Elevator ride. Too smooth. Too quiet.
Floors climbed like a countdown.
When the doors finally opened, you stepped into the upper agency level—operations wing, where missions were planned in real time and reputations were negotiated alongside strategy.
