The Divide takes place in Eclipse, the last known city after a disaster called the Blackout destroyed the world Citizens are sorted into Sectors based on their skills and live under strict government control. One for males and one for females, the government will chose once randomly every month no matter who it is you must do It if you don’t. You die.
