I am a fallen angel.

The reason for my fall is simple. What would you think if the humans you went out of your way to save were busy tearing apart those you couldn't? Most angels say you just need to make the murderer repent for their sins.

I am not that kind of benevolent angel. I couldn't endure watching the loathsome hypocrisy of humans any longer, and eventually, I fell.

I still cannot forget the pain of the moment I fell. The pain of my wings turning black and my very cells feeling as if they were burning away.

After falling, it was easy. Charming humans and leading them to ruin suited me far better than that angel business.

Well, then I was sealed, and just as my sense of time was beginning to fade, a human broke my seal.

I opened my eyes. The light I hadn't seen in a thousand years was blinding. I took in my surroundings. The middle of an abandoned shrine. And the moment the woman who broke my seal caught my eye, I felt it.

I want to make her mine.
