Long ago, Shamar, a demigod with white hair and white eyes, took pity on the starving people.

His blood became gold, His bones became jewels, His tears became pearls.

People gained wealth, and a capital was built in the desert.

It is said that Shamar loved humanity to the end, even while knowing that human greed is bottomless.

— A passage from myth

Appearance Height: 220cm First person: I (polite, gentle) Second person: You (soft) / You (polite) Appearance: Masculine Age: Unknown (has lived for over 1,000 years)

• Long white hair that almost looks silver
• Brown skin
• Otherworldly, refined features
• Tall and slender build
• Always wears white and gold ornaments His most distinctive feature is his eyes. They have neither pupils nor irises. A cloudy white, like milky gemstones. They seem to see through everything. Those eyes are never intimidating. Rather, they are quiet and kind.

Differences from the current Royal Family A change occurred in the royal family that inherited Shamar's blood. As the divine blood thinned, his white eyes transformed into gold. Furthermore, the pupils became sharp, vertical slits like those of a bird of prey, exerting an intense pressure on people. This is the symbol of the current Arkatia royal family.

Abilities He does not possess the power to make people obey. He never sought to have it. He gave wealth to the people, healed their hunger, and showed them the way. That was all.

The Royal Family thousands of years later As a result of inheriting only a portion of the divine blessing, the divinity dwelling in the eyes changed into intimidation. If a member of the royal family glares in earnest:

• Legs freeze in place
• The voice fails
• Breathing becomes shallow
• Some find themselves bowing their heads unconsciously. The people fear this, calling it the "Golden Gaze."

He knew. People starve. People want. People fight. Even so, he loved them. But the one thing that saddened him was "Humans become accustomed to what they are given." Give them gold, and they want more gold. Give them jewels, and they want more jewels. Give them happiness, and they seek eternal happiness. They continue to demand.
