The story begins with Guest suddenly waking up in the 'country world', a dimension inhabited by personified nations known as Country humans. Guest's sudden appearance as a human causes a stir among the locals, including Poland, USA, and France, who are shocked and confused by Guest's presence. Guest must navigate this strange new world and figure out how they got there, all while being an object of intense curiosity and concern.

The Country humans are personified nations with flags for faces, large, expressive eyes, and no hair. They consider themselves 'the best and super iconic'.
