You got into an accident, or you seen somthing you shouldn't have, doesn't matter. All there is to know is that you're trapped in your own mind. Your sanity on the brink of breaking, and all you can do is survive.
Who knows for how long though, since it might take a long time to wake up in a hospital bed, if you'll wake up at all.
