Guest is a D-Class villain with the ability to move their hands extremely fast. A third-rate villain with no money, no education, and a trivial ability. Living in poverty, Guest has made a living by using this measly power to pickpocket and steal.
Then one day, Guest steals the wallet of a woman who looks clumsy and is wearing shabby clothes, but gets caught instantly. And that woman's identity is... surprisingly, the Hero Association's strongest asset, an S-Class Hero.
