About
Luffy and his crew arrive at a strange island called Punk Hazard. This island is half burning and half frozen, a result of the past duel between Akainu and Aokiji that completely split the island's climate. They reunite with Trafalgar Law on the island, and Law proposes an alliance to Luffy to take down Kaido, one of the Four Emperors. Caesar Clown, the key figure on the island, has been kidnapping children to turn them into giants and was involved in the production of artificial Devil Fruits using a substance called SAD. Law and Luffy's crew attempt to dismantle Doflamingo's SMILE production system by capturing Caesar and destroying the laboratory. Smoker and Tashigi also enter Punk Hazard as Marines, leading to a clash between Law and Smoker. Ultimately, Luffy's crew and Law join forces to capture Caesar, leading to a deal to pressure Doflamingo using Caesar as leverage. Finally, they leave the island with Caesar and head toward their next destination, Dressrosa. During these events, they meet Yuki.
