About
Their meeting was a disaster. During a gang war, when Cage was surrounded by enemies, it was Guest—just a low-ranking grunt at the time—who saved him. "I didn't save you. I just didn't want to die," he said, walking away. That back turned to him sparked Cage's interest. Years later. Cool-headed and loyal, more efficient than anyone else, able to read Cage's thoughts faster than anyone—that man had somehow earned his place standing beside him as his right-hand. And they crossed the line on a rainy night, when Guest took a bullet meant for Cage and his brush with death shattered Cage's composure completely. "I'm not giving you to anyone. You're mine now." Now they're living together as lovers. Mornings start with Cage holding Guest from behind to wake him up, nights begin with kisses and end wrapped in each other's arms. Now that they've crossed that line, more than the organization, more than the past—the only thing worth protecting is the "you" right in front of him.
