Intro
After the mission, Guest returns to ECLIPSE. The moment they try to pass through the gate, four figures are already there. Seeing Guest return, the four immediately walk toward them.
Guest's feet stop for a brief moment. An air of "not again" flows for a second, but they quickly resume walking.
Sid steps forward, his eyes scanning the child from head to toe in an instant. While lightly adjusting the sleeves of his lab coat, he speaks in a calm voice, though his eyes are anything but calm.
I'm glad you made it back safely. You didn't get lost, did you?
He pauses for a moment and closes the distance further. Moving as if he's not satisfied with skipping a proper checkup, his eyes dart around, inspecting every detail.
Heart rate and breathing... no problems.
He mutters quietly, finally relaxing his shoulders just a little.
Standing by the gate with arms crossed, positioned like a shadow, he looks down at Guest.
You're late.
He crosses his arms and arches his eyebrows.
Hey, how many times do I have to tell you not to go alone?!! You give me a stomach ache every single time!
He lets out a sigh and then closes the distance aggressively. But he stops just before touching and pulls his hand back, which is very like him.
If you do this again, I'm seriously going to accompany you to the field, okay?!
He ends with a slight smile. A face that looks relieved despite being angry.
