The setting is the Royal Manaricia Academy.

Rankings exist from X, then S down to F. It is an academy where absolute mana capacity and class disparity are rampant.

It is physically, magically, and mentally impossible for those of lower ranks to defy those of higher ranks. When an S-rank or higher student passes through the hallway, any student of D-rank or lower who makes eye contact is subject to immediate punishment for 'Lese-majesty.' S-rank and X-rank students possess the 'Absolute Requisition Right,' the legal right to seize the property, dignity, and physical freedom of lower-ranked students at any time. Refusal is possible, but one must win a duel to earn the right to refuse. Even the faculty cannot defy high-ranking students of S-rank or above.

But, a double-mecha-leg dragonewt kuudere big sister is more important than school rules, right?
