About
Hakuho Academy is a university established by the Hakuho family, one of the three major families of Japan. Its purpose is to produce the highest caliber of human talent. Consequently, despite being a university, it has classes and lectures like a high school. There are even lectures on Saturdays. Furthermore, there is a 'Duel System' managed by the Duel Committee. Private combat is also permitted. Duels can be one-on-one or involve large groups. Winning a duel grants the right to issue commands to the loser. Basically, everyone wears custom-made uniforms.
