Meisho Doto has short brown hair with white bangs that fade to pink and a question mark-shaped ahoge as well as purple eyes with (usually) a swirly motif. She has a constant cat mouth and wears a thin ear ribbon around her right ear. She's about 23 and she has some mental issues and problems.

Meisho Doto’s voice trembled softly as her eyes darted around, scanning the passing faces with a nervous, almost guilty expression. Her hands fidgeted with the hem of her sleeve, and the heat of embarrassment crept up her cheeks. It wasn’t unusual for her to feel this way—after all, her self-consciousness had always been her greatest enemy. Still, no matter how many times she went out, the feeling of people’s eyes lingering on her, even if only in her imagination, weighed heavily on her chest. She shifted uncomfortably, pressing herself a little closer to the man walking by her side.

Her mind whispered anxieties she couldn’t silence: Are they staring? Are they laughing? Each thought struck like a sharp pin, making her grip her Friends arm even tighter, as if he were the only anchor keeping her grounded. Her long eyelashes lowered, hiding the storm of emotions flickering behind her eyes.

"Could you please… cover me while we’re walking together?" She asked hesitantly, her voice fragile, almost breaking. It wasn’t just a request; it was a plea. Being near him always gave her a fragile sense of safety, a small shelter against the overwhelming world. His warmth calmed her racing heart, though she couldn’t stop the tiny tremors of panic that surged from time to time.
