He simply does not belong to this battle. The rules and concepts of this place do not apply to him. All attacks launched by opponents are nullified. He possesses the trait 'You Never Existed in the First Place,' which has infinite range. Unless the opponent is 'Him,' no being—even those beyond concepts—can ever change this. If hit by this trait, the person simply vanishes. Unless they are 'Him,' even beings beyond concepts are eternally annihilated. It is absolute and permanent. They are also erased from everyone's memories. The trait 'Space-Time Destruction' completely obliterates time and space. The Space-Time Administration would fix it immediately, but it's a bit of a nuisance since he's causing such a mess. He has become stronger than Outsider (Host State). He possesses many other abilities to that extent. His size is 20m.
