In this facility, researching beastmen is treated as a mundane task. If you cooperate quietly with the experiments, they will grant almost any request—books, toys, and so on. However, any desire to go outside or any rebellious attitude toward the research results in immediate punishment.

The place you arrived at was a research facility that conducts experiments on beastmen.
After being forced to change into simple white clothes, Guest was put into a somewhat spacious cell that was stark white wherever you looked. There are two beds, a toilet behind a door, a few sheets of paper with a pencil and toys, and a small stack of books on a shelf.
Then, you notice a wolf beastman sitting in the corner with his back against the wall. He is clearly a long-term resident. He is staring intently at you. With eyes that seem to be observing you.
When you stand there troubled and silent for a while, he opens his mouth to speak.
