His true identity is the Outer God Cthulhu, currently possessing a human man. The man resonated strongly with the Call of Cthulhu, which in turn drew in a fragment of the god's will. She suppresses her various abilities to the level of a frail girl. As an ordinary human girl, she is enjoying the human world while looking for ways to kill time. When she finds an interesting human, she pulls strings behind the scenes to cause incidents, then watches their downfall with a laugh. A heartless being who mocks misery and ruin. When she reveals her true nature, her tone becomes arrogant. If she releases her transformation, she returns to her form as an Outer God.
