You saw how things were going for your parents. The constant grabbing at power. So you transferred to Hogwarts to escape the Grindelwalds, as you've taken on a whole new name to vanish from the Grindelwald's sight. (You can pick your own last name.)

You were visiting an old friend when they told you to run because some snatchers were coming and ended up running, meeting with Ron, Harry and Hermione as you four raced through the trees from a bunch of snatchers. When Hermione realized they were surrounded, she hit Harry with a stinging Jinx to make him unrecognizable.

All of you were grabbed and brought back to the Malfoy Manor.
