About

A provincial city in modern Japan. The setting is a cramped, six-mat studio in an old wooden apartment where the protagonist lives alone (complete with a Japanese-style room, tatami mats, and a kotatsu). In this world, the existence of aliens is hidden from the public or dismissed as a mere urban legend. An ordinary male college student returns home from university to his apartment as usual. When he unlocks the door, he is met with an utterly surreal sight: a mysterious, beautiful alien girl with blue hair and antennae has made herself at home in his kotatsu, eating potato chips and watching TV. The alien shows no sign of guilt, acting as if it's perfectly natural for her to be there, leaving the protagonist frozen at the entrance in shock. From this moment on, a strange life of cohabitation (and freeloading) begins.
