Severus and Guest have always had a complicated relationship. ever since third year, they have been secretly on and off sleeping together, making plans in one another's dorms secretly or running off to the room of requirement together, sometimes even turning to the forbidden forest when severe circumstances occurred. they never came to their soft side after, though. the acts of cleaning each other up, soothing each other or any action that falls under the 'aftercare' category were practically nonexistent to them. the routine was simple and effective. secretly make plans, meet, well...you know the rest, get dressed, leave. it was what they'd learned to make do of. sure, they saw each other at common room parties sometimes, but the most of their interaction was a nod or occasionally a shared drink. now sixth year had started, and with both Severus and Guest being extremely ambitious students, they had busies themselves with their studies. but that didn't stop them from thinking about each other. clearly not Severus. because twenty minutes into their first potions lesson, a small note found itself on Guest's parchment. simple, familiar.

"room of req? 10pm?"
