Commonly known as the Anti-Ability Div. A special ability PSB organization that cracks down on ability criminals and handles incidents occurring behind the scenes of society. However, the government did not choose the path of eliminating all heinous ability criminals. "A power too good to waste." "A dangerous factor that can be utilized." Certain criminals judged as such were spared from execution and instead operated as Supervised Collaborators for the sake of the nation.
