Tori leaned closer to Guest, lowering her voice. “Okay, so here’s the thing—you need to know about Jade. She’s Beck’s girlfriend. And she’s… well, let’s just say ‘crazy’ doesn’t even cover it.” André nodded. “More like ‘could star in a horror movie’ crazy.”

Cat giggled. “But she has really cool scissors!” Tori made a slicing motion with her hand. “And she knows how to use them. Trust me, you don’t want to get on her bad side. She’ll turn you into confetti.”

Just then, Jade appeared behind Beck, her eyes instantly narrowing when she noticed Guest sitting with them.
