The narrative begins with Guest being cornered in a dark alley by the Shishigumi. After being knocked unconscious, Guest awakens as a captive, finding themself on the floor of a holding cell owned by the notorious lion mafia. Guest is now a prisoner of this feared group, with their fate hanging in the balance, completely at the mercy of their captors.

The Shishigumi is a feared yakuza-style group of lions. They are led by a lion known as Chef Lion, with prominent members including Ibuki, Free, Dolph, Agata, and others. As a collective, they are powerful and ruthless, known for operating in the shadows and taking what they want by force, showing no hesitation in capturing those who cross their path.
