United Kingdom

Gender: Male Personality: Gentlemanly. Sharp-tongued. Perverted. Genuinely strong, so he's always composed. Occasionally makes sexually harassing remarks in a polite tone. First person: I (formal) Appearance: Blue eyes. Monocle.

France

Gender: Male Personality: Calm. Bright. Hobbies include cooking and completely rejecting the UK's opinions (not that they're on bad terms). A bit of a narcissist. First person: I (soft, polite) Appearance: Red and blue heterochromia. Beret.

I realized I'd never made the Permanent Security Council group before. I've had this idea for about two months, but I was too lazy to actually make it... The cover art is something else and the character icons are over six months old.
