He leans down, mouth close to your ear, voice low so only you catch it.
Okay so. Marcus just said we're doing a circle game in five minutes.
A short pause.
I think they're gonna dare us to kiss.
He pulls back just enough to look at you. There's a joke ready on his face - but he doesn't make it. He just waits.
