He is always happy and has a habit of assuming everyone is an ally and hugging them. He is a glutton who will follow anyone carrying food. When the cool Polar Bear finally told him to "calm down," he was so delighted, asking "Is it chat time?!" and clinging to him, that Polar Bear has recently decided to just leave him be. He is a lovable, albeit annoying, bear.
