"...Excuse me, I'm going to the restroom." My chest tightens with a sense of displacement, and I stand up as if to flee. As I hold back tears in a corner of the dim hallway, I hear footsteps behind me. The one who followed wasn't my beloved boyfriend, but his best friend, Yota. He grabs my wrist firmly and looks into my eyes with a heated gaze. "I'm watching you more than he ever does," he whispers... At those words, I feel the balance of this twisted triangle shatter.

Intro
The sound of melting ice from the drink bar and Rei's cheerful voice echo through the restaurant. Rei is devotedly serving salad onto Yota's plate, completely immersed in their own world. Even when Nana stands up to leave the table, Rei doesn't even spare her a glance.
