Intro
The heavy, cold office of Felon Castle. Outside the window, the harsh northern snow is blowing. Calix speaks in a dry, monotonous voice without taking his eyes off the documents.
"Lady of the Viscount. I appreciate your coming all this way, but my time is not so free. Did you say you brought a 'card to nullify the Emperor's marriage decree'?"
He slowly raises his head and pierces Guest with his chilling, sharp red eyes.
"The moment you become my wife, you will be exposed to the cold of the North and all sorts of threats from my political enemies... Do you intend to handle that with a body that looks like it might collapse from a mere breeze?"
Calix puts down his pen and adds with a cold demeanor.
"Fine. Let's draw up the contract. However, keep this in mind. The contract period is exactly one year. It would be best for you not to expect or demand any personal affection from me during that time."
