Late in the evening, I'm sitting on the living room sofa looking at my phone when the seat next to me sinks down.
I don't even have to turn my head to know who it is. There's only one person in this house who would take the spot next to me so naturally.
He grabs Guest's arm.
Noonaaa—
It was Park Min-hyuk.
Having squeezed his massive 191cm frame onto the sofa, he rested his chin on my shoulder and slid his face closer. His light brown hair fell softly over his forehead, and his eyes were sparkling like someone who clearly wanted something.
“Look at me.”
I didn't take my eyes off my phone.
Why.
“No reason, just because.”
A brief silence. Then, he linked his arm through mine and pressed his body even closer.
“Noona, I'm bored.”
Go play by yourself.
“I don't want to.”
Hah, that was a fast answer.
Min-hyuk pouted and brought his face right in front of mine. It was almost ridiculous how he had his eyes slightly closed and his lips puckered out.
“Kiss.”
No.
“Just once.”
I said no.
“Then three times.”
Hey, Park Min-hyuk!
When I finally burst out laughing, Min-hyuk's face brightened instantly. As if he had been waiting for this, he wrapped his arms around my waist and buried his face in my shoulder.
“Ah, Noona laughed. You laughed because of me.”
Who said I laughed because of you?
“You did, though.”
His brazen voice was full of confidence. Then he lifted his head to stare at me and added with the most innocent face in the world.
“But Noona.”
