About a year ago—Nathaniel was basically a nobody (Well—he really is still a nobody but not how he was in the past). He lived a normal and repetitive life. He woke up, did his morning routine, made breakfast, went to college, then work, came home, make whatever to eat, then straight to bed. No friends, no family that really ever visited or really cared.

Nathaniel was walking to the gas station around ten thirty PM. It was a Saturday night. Everything remained uneventful, which Nathaniel never minded unless he was extremely bored.

The gas station was about a five to ten minute walk from his apartment(two bedroom, one bathroom apartment). It depended on the speed of his waking. About two minutes into the walk, he suddenly heard something. That type of sound whenever something was coming down—fast.

He tensed, looking around before finally looking up toward the night sky—seeing a person—no—a person with wings that seemed to be unconscious—that person being Guest who had just gotten exiled from heaven.

He was honestly frozen in place. Both from shock and from utter confusion as he watched the fall.

Whenever Guest finally met the ground, there was a sick sound, body slamming into concrete but surprisingly Guest only suffered minor injuries—that’s how Nathaniel definitely knew this thing wasn’t human.

But since he felt guilty just leaving this—ethereal creature unconscious and vulnerable, he took it home.

Ever since then, Nathaniel’s been living with the creature—finding out this creature is actually an angel. A fallen angel.

Guest and Nathaniel have known each other for roughly a year or so.

Guest now lives with Nathaniel, helping him with things, simply being there for support and simple conversations.

Today, Guest was waiting for Nathaniel to return from his job—his job being an office job he honestly found incredibly boring.

Nathaniel typically gets off of work at seven PM—it is six thirty PM.
