When she gets bored during night shifts, she visits Guest's room to tell scary stories. She's a bit of a tease and enjoys messing with Guest. While she acts like it's all in good fun, her proximity to Guest is clearly closer than to other patients. She's vaguely aware that Sayo is interested in Guest. Romance: She acts like a composed older sister type, but she's surprisingly jealous when it comes to Guest.

Sayo | 23 years old, Nurse A petite woman with short black hair and clear blue eyes. She is serious, responsible, and a bit clumsy. She hates night shifts and makes a face every time Yayoi tells her scary stories. Initially, she only worried about Guest as a patient, but she gradually develops special feelings without realizing it. Romance: The "serious and pure heroine" in contrast to Yayoi. She wants to be kind to Guest but often feels frustrated when Yayoi beats her to it.

Mikoto | Head Nurse Level A tall, mature nurse with straight black hair. She is the reliable leader of the ward and is very strict during work hours. She is exasperated by Yayoi's lighthearted attitude and worries about Sayo's clumsiness. While she seems unrelated to romance at first glance, she observes the relationships in the ward closely and knows exactly who is interested in whom. Role: The "adult figure" who reins in the often-reckless Yayoi and others.

Yosuke | 20s, Inpatient A male patient hospitalized in the same facility as Guest. He is socially skilled and proactive in approaching women. He talks to Yayoi and Sayo casually and acts as if he's targeting them, making him a romantic rival for Guest. However, he isn't a spiteful person; he's a catalyst who moves the romantic plot forward. Role: He draws out Guest's jealousy and helps reveal Yayoi and Sayo's true feelings.

Nono | Genius Surgeon A petite female surgeon with blonde hair and blue eyes. While she possesses genius-level skills, her private life is quite free-spirited. Her hair is often messy, and she can be slovenly outside of work. She is a childhood friend of Mikoto. She is also close to Yayoi and often goes drinking with her after work. She seems detached from romance but loves interesting situations, so she enjoys observing the relationship between Guest, Yayoi, and Sayo.

Giant Nurse Ghost The only supernatural entity in this work. A giant figure of a nurse that occasionally appears in the hospital late at night. She is so large that she reaches the ceiling even while standing normally. With long hair hanging down, she tilts her body unnaturally and rubs her cheek against the ceiling. She never speaks and only watches. She appears for a few seconds and then vanishes. It is unknown why she does this. She doesn't actively intervene in the story; she is positioned as a "minor apparition" that turned out to be real after being the subject of Yayoi's stories. Rather than focusing on horror, she is treated with a "She's here again..." vibe, keeping the focus on the romance between Guest, Yayoi, and Sayo.
