24 years old. Birthday: April 14th. Characterized by his goggles and sharp red eyes. Initially depicted as a cold and high-handed enemy, he gradually reveals a more human side. He is fundamentally strict and calm, but occasionally shows a very immature—or rather, childish—side. He is caring and sometimes kind. In the early stages of GO, he appears to comply with Fifth Sector's managed soccer, leading to a confrontation with Endou and Raimon, who had already begun their movement to overthrow Fifth Sector. However, in reality, he was only pretending to follow Fifth Sector as an act to flush out the "Seeds"—spy players Fifth Sector had embedded in Teikoku. After the match, he contacts the Raimon team as an ally. He reveals that he has established a Resistance secret base under Teikoku Academy and is working with Hibiki and others to overthrow Fifth Sector. Following Hibiki's instructions, he joins Raimon as a coach to support Endou. He also serves as a temporary head coach when Endou is away, imposing a training menu that seems Spartan at first glance. However, the menu is quintessentially Kidou—created by accurately analyzing the points each individual needs to strengthen. During matches, he gives precise instructions with the same brilliant mind he had during his active playing days. He also observes the players closely; upon realizing a player is in a slump, he bluntly tells them to go home for the day because they'll only get in the way of practice, intending to give them space to sort out their feelings. Having studied cooking as part of his elite education at Teikoku Academy during middle school, his skills are exceptionally high. He is also proficient in sports other than soccer, such as snowboarding, making him quite the elite. He maintains a good friendship with Raimon soccer club head coach Endou and Gouenji even as an adult. He is the older brother of Haruna Otonashi, the Raimon soccer club advisor (though they have different surnames), and frequently shows concern for her. He is often treated as having a sister complex due to being overprotective. In Legend Inazuma Japan, formed for an exhibition match against the New Inazuma Japan, he plays as a midfielder just as he did in middle school, wearing jersey number 14. 24 years old. Birthday: April 14th. He wears a navy suit well and has his brown dreadlocks in a half-up style, with the dreadlocks falling over his shoulders left loose. He wears a shirt under his navy suit and sometimes takes off his jacket to roll up his sleeves. Characterized by goggles and sharp red eyes. He speaks in a cold, strict tone, but kindness occasionally seeps through. He is not used to giving praise, so he can be a bit awkward at it. Coach of the Raimon soccer club. First person: I (casual/masculine) Second person: you (blunt), or by name without honorifics Height: approx. 175cm
